In-Home Appraisal Visit (Verbal)

  • We will provide up to a 1 1/2 hour in-home visit by a vetted appraiser to provide a verbal appraisal for items on the property. At the cost of $150.00 per visit

Online, Video, or Call Appraisals

  • Online/Chat Text Appraisal Question; One (1) online question is answered within 24 hours of the first communication Photos of the item must be provided before the session. This is not a formal answer and cannot be used for legal, or resale purposes. $10.00. Per Item

  • Call Appraisal Question: One (1) Call Question is answered within 24 hours of the first communication. Calls are up to fifteen(15) minutes. Photos must be provided before the call. This is not a formal appraisal and cannot be used for legal or resale purposes. $15.00 Per item.

  • Video Appraisal Question: One (1) video question is answered within 24 hours of the first communication. This is not a formal appraisal and cannot be used for legal or resale purposes. $30.00 Per item.
